Welcome! Today I feel guided to remind you of the truth about mineral oil and its effects on life and the planet.

We all drive cars and when we go for an oil change, we see in the invoice we get at the completion of the service that we actually

pay for the old oil to be disposed because it is hazardous. It is a hazardous waste disposal.

When you change the oil of your mowers and other garden equipment, you also dispose of it in the recycling center in a certain way.

For the same reason – because it is toxic. You don't just throw it.

Your home insurance agent asks you if your garage has a drain and the reason for it is that they don't want people pouring motor oil

down the drain because it is toxic and poisons everything and anything including the earth, the soil and all its inhabitants.

If you are asking yourself why I AM talking about motor oil when I promised to talk about mineral oil,

you are a very observant GENIUS! Congratulations! I AM very pleased to have you here visiting with me. It is a real honor to communicate with you! Thank you for being here!

The reason I started with a few facts about motor oil is because mineral oil is the same thing as that same motor oil you have in your car, mower, tractor, etc. The one you carefully dispose of and pay to do so every time.

Yes, mineral oil is a petrochemical that is given the name 'mineral' to sound pretty and deceiving but this is not changing its true nature – a pure poison. It is a carcinogen. How does this sound – a pure poison? When we say PURE, we think of something noble and nice, however, this positively sounding word 'pure' paired with the word 'poison' actually results in an expression that communicates one of the strongest meanings of poison.

It expresses exactly what mineral oil is – a pure poison.

I already see the puzzle on your face. Yes, in the stores, mineral oil is a main ingredient in most baby products. Even the ones for the most sensitive skin of the most sensitive kinds. Vaseline and mineral oil – pure poisons for the people, animals, plants and the environment. The ingredient in vaseline is pure petrolatum. Yes, pure poison that will coat the skin in the most abnormal way preventing the pores on the skin from functioning and eliminating.

Then, we look in other stores – the kitchen stores. All the beautiful wood creations – from cutting boards, to all kinds of spoons, stirrers, mixing spoons, salad mixing and serving set of a fork and a spoon, bowls, etc. – all have a label that tells you to apply mineral oil on them to keep them in a good condition. Sometimes the directions are to use wood oil or the oil that is recommended can have different names, but ultimately, when you look at the ingredients in all of these oils – mineral oil is contained. So, it is all poisoned.

Mineral oil is also coating your chess boards and other games with boards for you and your children.

And this way mineral oil gets in your food, on your hands, in your body, on your clothes, in the washer and dryer, in the water from washing, in the environment, etc.

And just to remind you that even if you have something on your skin for a short time, a big percentage of it (about 85%) gets absorbed through the pores of the skin and is found in the blood stream and in the liver shortly.

I see some of you are thinking bravely – oh, good, so if I already have mineral oil on my skin and as you said this clogs the pores so then my pores are already clogged so I should not have a problem with poisoning myself more. The fact to consider is that mineral oil will not allow elimination from within but will continue to get inside the skin. The flow still goes in, it just doesn't come out. So you poison yourself and ensure the poison stays in.

Also, when you eat it – all 100% of it is in you doing destruction.

Then you think – my doctor prescribed it to me as a laxative. I trust my doctor.

This is your life and you are in charge of your health.

Look at the facts. Allow yourself to feel the truth. Listen to Your True Self from Within You. Stop giving your power away and doubting your true knowledge that is your Divine heritage and it is available to you at all times upon your conscious desire to have it and it is done.

Mineral oil is a bi-product of petrochemical production and it has to be paid to be disposed of – the same way your car oil is.

However, it is instead packaged and sold to you to drink and eat it, put it on your precious baby, your loved ones, yourself….

And there are all these oils that could be used instead that actually will be beneficial for all. Organic cold-pressed olive oil will perfectly protect your kitchen wooden creations. Cold-pressed is important to prevent rancidity. Just wash them, dry them and if necessary, put some organic oils on them. Also, have in mind that one of the most beautiful wooden creations are made from sustainably harvested olive wood which is a very rich wood that requires minimal oiling with olive oil. And its grain has an astonishing beauty.

And if you are at the state to want a laxative – please, have a healthy respect for yourself. Poisoning yourself is not the way at all.

To answer the question in the title of this post – yes, mineral oil is a poison and as a laxative is a poisonous one.

Hello, dear friends! 'There is no such thing as a free lunch' answers all possible questions as we discovered last time. Let's experience this wisdom as a direct result of the omnipotent, omnipresent Natural Laws of The Universe.

The information in this post is of a very high vibration and it is intended only for people who truly have open hearts and open minds which allow high-vibrating thoughts.

Focus on the picture, relax, let go and just breathe.

Conventionally we are brainwashed to believe that we do best if we get things for free ~ the more free things we get, the better. In reality, this is just an appearance. Think truth regardless of appearances.

Let's take a closer look at this at the deepest level – the level of energy since energy is the ultimate building block of everything and everyone.

Energy is all there is.

When you get something for free, this something could be tangible or intangible, the flow of energy goes in one direction only – from the giver of the free thing to you. You receive but since it is free, you don't give in return. This one-sided action results in a blockage of the flow of energy. And although you receive something for free, you cannot benefit from it. Allow the wisdom of the words to penetrate your mind.

Conventionally you are led to believe that you are a winner when you receive something for free without giving. However, in reality, all the conventionalism is going against the omnipresence and omnipotency of the Universal Laws of Nature and thus, it can't bring a true harvest to fruition and can't be used to your benefit.

The power of the Universal Laws of Nature is omnipotent and omnipresent.

This means that the laws are constantly at work at all places at the same time all the time in all aspects of energy. Meditate on this wisdom for a while until you allow the truth from within you to come out and be. Stay with the words until you realize that next time you are given something for free you are not going to benefit from it until you open the flow of energy by giving back.

To help you experience this wisdom on a physical level I ask you: Which part of the breathing process is more important – inhaling or exhaling?

Is one of them more important than the other?

Can you breathe by only inhaling or only exhaling? No.

Both inhaling and exhaling are equally important in the process of breathing which is essential while being in a physical body.

The same with giving and receiving! You can only receive and truly benefit from it if you also give. “Energy flows by giving and receiving. Energy breaths by giving and receiving.” Venus

Any 'success' is short-lived if based on a one-sided flow of energy where there is only giving or only receiving. Similar to the length of the life of a physical body that only inhales or only exhales.

Hello, dear friends! In a kingdom far-far away once lived a king. The king loved his kingdom and allowed the people to meet with him and share their lives while asking him all the questions they wanted answered. To ensure he had all the answers, the king asked his wise men to write up all the possible questions with their answers for him to have.

The wise men worked diligently on the project. After a while they presented the king with the result – it was a gigantic book, hundreds of thousands of pages. While impressed with it, the king realized he won't be able to find answers in this huge book just because it is enormous and thus, not a solution to his desire to find all answers easily and effectively. Let alone to memorize the content of the entire book.

So he asked his wise men to shorten the book of answers while still making sure all the answers are in the book.

The wise men diligently went to work on the new project. After completion, they presented the king with a single piece of paper on which all answers to all possible questions were written.

The king was elated to hold in his hands the answers to all questions on a single piece of paper. And it sure is wise and profound. Simply profound and profoundly simple is the way I love to express it.

The king looked at the paper and read: There is no such thing as a free lunch!

So! This simple sentence contains the answer to all possible questions. Its profound wisdom remains true today and always. Forever!

Let's internalize the wisdom. Take a moment to mediate on it. Take a deep breath through your nose and slowly let it go through your mouth. Feel the wisdom in the meaning. See the sentence written on the screen of your mind. Look at it mindfully while slowly breathing deeply.

Continue to do so until you start to soak up the wisdom. Feel the wisdom saturate your very being – all your cells and beyond ~ all the energy that you are. Allow yourself to experience the power of this wisdom. Let it sink and touch the real you. Know it. See it. Hear it. Feel it. Be it.

Continue to breathe and allow the wisdom to cut through the thick layers of mental resistance and get to that place of true knowing deep within you where silence resides and all creation starts. Allow yourself to be. Just be. Breathe and be.

After you do, you feel very powerful because you are. You have connected to your infinite power from within you. You are Divine.

We know that Quiet is an omnipresent power that gives birth to wisdom. Let's do it now. Let's give birth to wisdom. Right now, we'll talk and write less and listen more.

Look at the picture above, breath and let go. Focus on the brightest star – this is your true self. Let go of words, worry, plans, decisions… just BREATE. Go into the space of silence deep within you where the vortex of peace is and the world doesn't enter. Spend time alone while retreating in healing silence.

The vortex of peace is within you where you rejuvenate and recenter yourself. Just breathe and allow your mind to be at rest. Total rest. Breathing is subconscious and your mind is resting if you just breathe. You are perfectly created to do so.

Remember that all creation springs from the great silence and its powerful void. In silence you find your true self, your true origin, your Divine power. Your roots are in the silent void of the Universe and it is essential to reconnect with silence regularly. There is no substitute for it.

Focus on your breath and reconnect with your true self. It is profoundly simple and simply profound. Remember – the power is in doing it, not just knowing it. Let's close the gap by doing it. NOW.

Hello, my dear friends! One of the most essential ingredients in the journey to your true selves is closing the GAP between what you know and what you do. The gap between knowing and doing is the biggest one in life and all imbalances are hiding in it. Anything that you don't want is in it. Anything that scares you is in it. And the main prerequisite of getting on the way to your true self is removing the gap by merging knowing and doing.

I invite you to relax, inhale slowly through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth and let go. Focus on the beautiful heart in the picture above while continuing to breathe. Empty your mind ~ just focus on the heart above and breathe.

Now let's look at the gap closely. What is the gap made of? It is made of fear. What is fear? Fear is a potent acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. You can inspire and enlighten yourself more on the topic by visiting this post.

Yes, the gap is made of scary things that appear real. It is the biggest stop for you on the way to allowing your true self to be. It is the reason you are scared. It is unpleasant to be in it and yet, most of us choose to stay paralyzed inside it.

I say you can't avoid yourself indefinitely. Being aware of the gap is the first step of closing it. You have all the power within you to eliminate the gap once and forever. You are a true master. You just have to decide to get out of your own way.

You already know that all the true knowledge is within you. All of it. You are a treasure in and of yourself. You are priceless infinite knowledge.

You also are given a free will to decide your destiny. Yes, You write the script of your life. You are the creator of the movie – you write the script, direct it and are the star in it. YOU!

The key to all your Divine power is within you and only you have the power to release your true self out of the self-made prison called the gap. All the infinite knowledge from within you is available to you upon your command.

My life purpose is to be a bold and beautiful example that walks the talk with the pure intent to inspire and enlighten you to allow your Divine True Self to BE.

Take a moment to savor this moment of truth. Allow yourself to imagine your true self allowed to be. Stay with the image. Feel all the Divine feelings that come with it. Just breath and be. I ask you to decide to do this a few times a day – in the morning when you first wake up, throughout the day and before you fall asleep. Just stretch, breathe and be.

This very simple exercise has enormous power to help you raise your vibration and close the gap.

Once upon a time all the real secrets of being who we truly are were exposed readily to everyone. And people experienced all the power of their Divinity all the time. Since it was given readily to them, they took it for granted and did not appreciate it.

God's desire has always been for us to be happy, healthy, prosperous – our true selves. And God gave us the most beautiful priceless gift – made us in His image.

Once it was obvious people didn't appreciate it, he wisely decided to make people find it themselves. This way they will appreciate it.

A decision had to be made – where to put this priceless gift? God asked some wise men for suggestions. They told him to put it on the top of the highest mountain. God responded to them that people will easily find it there – they will find a way to get there. The wise men suggested God put it in the deepest place in the ocean. God responded that people will get there as well.

Then God decided. And God put it within the people. Within everyone of us. "Hidden" in a plain side!!! before our very eyes! Only if we open our hearts and minds and really intend to look and truly see.

Ever since then, every person's Divinity is within them. Now when you know for sure where your true self is, the choice is yours to allow it to come out and be.

This information is very high vibrating. It has a true transformational power even if you just peacefully stay with it. It is that simple. Just breathe and enjoy!

Hello, dear friends! I was in a country on a different continent and one day I entered a room full of over 200 people. The conversations were going all over on the topic of who the new president of the country would be. Having no idea and no interest whatsoever about who is running or anything else in this regard, I was literally shocked when I heard myself saying aloud a name. I didn't even have a second to figure out how this name came to me and why I said it. It felt as if someone else opened my mouth and said it without any thought in advance whatsoever on my part. I heard it myself the moment all the others did and it felt very different since usually when I talk I know in advance what I am going to say.

I had no interest in anything even remotely connected to this topic and never listened to any media or news. So it wasn't that I have absorbed it subconsciously while listening to the news or have been in places where they are running on the back ground, etc.

While I was digesting what I just did, I heard a sudden silence – yes, just like in the movies when everyone talks and at once stops because something weird has come up. Since the others were into the election, for them the name I said was very weird. Many voices from all over the room announced that the name of the person I said is not even in the list of runners…In a few short weeks the person whose name I said aloud in front of 200 people became a president of the country. I was not following the election but I was informed by those who were.

All they wanted to know was how I knew in advance when it was impossible for a person who is not even running to be elected.

This brief true story demonstrates what the spiritual gift of claircognizance is and how it works. It is a powerful inner knowing without any logical reason of how you know it. You just know it. And what you know is true even if it may seem impossible at the moment. This gift is a potent combination of the other 3 clairs.

While clairvoyance means that you clearly see what the masses don't because they are unaware they can do it too, clairaudience means you clearly hear what the masses don't for the same reason as above and clairsentience means that you clearly feel what the masses don't, with claircognizance you just know. The inner knowing comes in a powerful combination of seeing, hearing and feeling together without separation among the three. Once you experience it, you know exactly what I am talking about.

As I said last time, you already come perfectly equipped with all 4 clairs. It is up to you to unfold them to 100% and enjoy your True Divine Self. To unfold your clairs, tune into high frequency – the high frequency of the Universal Source of Wisdom. When you are harmonized with the Universal Source of Wisdom, you are enlightened and only then you are your True Self.

When you are tuned into your clairvoyance, you clearly see Divine Love through your spiritual sight which is fully awaken. When you tune into your true self, you clearly hear the voice of the Divine through your ear chakras which are fully awaken. Your gift of clairsentience allows you to tune into Your Own physical and emotional feelings and discern them from the physical and emotional feelings of others. Claircognizant is a prophecy who knows the thoughts and ideas born of the Infinite Mind of The Omnipresent Source. Nature and fresh air are essential for mastering any one of the 4 spiritual gifts, the 4 clairs.

Claircognizants are absolutely empowered and enlightened by the power of Nature. When I refer to a claircognizant, I mean a person whose first spiritual gift is claircognizance. As I already confirmed, you have all 4 clairs. However, for everyone of you they come in a specific order. This means that one of the 4 spiritual gifts is your first one, another is your second, etc. And the order has been selected by you prior to your embodiment for your current lifetime. The reason you decide to get a physical body is to fulfill your life purpose. And you select the order of your gifts in accordance to the best way to fulfill your life's purpose. All this is done in advance on a soul level before you get a physical body.

I already know many questions are coming. I will answer some of them now. I invite you to ask questions to clarify for yourself.

Does the order of the spiritual gifts matter and if so ~ how? When you get your inspirations which is through a true Divine communication, you get it through your spiritual gifts, your 4 clairs and it comes in the order in which your gifts are arranged.

Let me give you an example to understand it clearly: If your spiritual gifts are in the following order:

1.Claircognizance

2.Clairvoyance

3.Clairaudience

4.Clairsentience

then you get your Divine communication in that same order which means:

1.You receive a clear knowing of it

2.You get a clear picture of it

3.You get a clear voice communication with it

4.You get a clear feeling about it

This happens pretty quickly but in this order. Knowing the order of your gifts is very helpful to you to unfold your gifts to 100% each as well as use them most effectively and truly enjoy your Divinity, your True Divine Self.

So it happens that many actually are completely unaware of it all because no school teaches this valuable knowledge and the confusion that results actually causes people to use the order of the gifts of those who were in charge of them when they were growing up instead of using their own order for receiving insights and Divine communication. However, it is important to unfold the gifts in the order in which you preselected them for yourself and this is when you are in the real flow and your true power.

You are an intelligent energy, a spiritual being with an omnipotent mind currently equipped with a physical body.

You are beautifully and powerfully equipped with 4 clairs.

Your mind is much more than your brain; your brain is comprised of gray matter located in your head while your mind is omnipresent in every cell of your body as well as outside of it; your brain is a tool that your mind is using; we will consider the conscious and subconscious aspect of your mind and their alignment in the superconscious mind.

Your conscious mind is equipped with 6 intellectual functions.

Your subconscious mind is equipped with 3 powerful functions.

You access the superconscious mind only when the conscious and subconscious aspects of your mind are harmoniously aligned.

You are equipped with a psycho-cybernetic mechanism.

You are equipped with a reticular activation system.

You ARE infinite potential!
