We know that Quiet is an omnipresent power that gives birth to wisdom. Let's do it now. Let's give birth to wisdom. Right now, we'll talk and write less and listen more.
Look at the picture above, breath and let go. Focus on the brightest star – this is your true self. Let go of words, worry, plans, decisions… just BREATE. Go into the space of silence deep within you where the vortex of peace is and the world doesn't enter. Spend time alone while retreating in healing silence.
The vortex of peace is within you where you rejuvenate and recenter yourself. Just breathe and allow your mind to be at rest. Total rest. Breathing is subconscious and your mind is resting if you just breathe. You are perfectly created to do so.
Remember that all creation springs from the great silence and its powerful void. In silence you find your true self, your true origin, your Divine power. Your roots are in the silent void of the Universe and it is essential to reconnect with silence regularly. There is no substitute for it.
Focus on your breath and reconnect with your true self. It is profoundly simple and simply profound. Remember – the power is in doing it, not just knowing it. Let's close the gap by doing it. NOW.

All I can say right now is Ahhhhhh. Thanks Venus for this wonderful exercise. I spent quite some time on it. I looked at that star and did what you said. In the middle of such a hectic day, I'm relaxed. This should be flashing on my screen every 45 minutes to remind me during work hours. Is this an idea or what?

As i focused on the star, I gradually became more conscious of my breathing. Then everything became blurry around the star and I could just see clearly the star. I felt my eyes perfectly at rest. As I moved on with my breathing, I gradually felt that my body was breathing for me. In other words, I was not consciously breathing, something was breathing for me and I could feel energy flowing freely trough my body. My mind was in perfect silence and I could feel a sort of vibration in my eyebrow. Suddenly I remembered . My eyesight is always perfectly clear when i focus on small dots. When my mind is empty, small things are incredibly focused, the sensation is like if they are pulsing and everything around them is blurry. That's what happens when i see things without the filter of mind's chattering. It's an incredible fulfilling experience that cannot be expressed with words. To understand what I mean, you have to experience it.
I'll do it again.
